- There is a technical defekt and the disc AND cannot be played.
- The disc cannot be played and shows errors.
- Wrong Delivery.
Return Procedures:
DVD or CD to to be returned to us within 7 days from receipt date in ist original condition.
Our company reserves the right to the final decision whether your return is valid or not.

Returned DVD or CD due to above-mentioned reasons, we will be responsible
for the returned DVD/CD postage charge.
